All claims should be reported promptly to your agent/broker and subsequently to ComStar General Insurance Solutions in accordance with your policy using the general claim forms available below or from your Agent/Broker.
When reporting a claim, please be sure to include the policy number and the name of the Named Insured as it appears on the policy Declarations Page.
